Default My link acting up

2014 Silverado high country
radio will start showing all available radio stations on its own and start flipping through each channel every 10 or so seconds. Plug in Iphone & it will start flipping through play list on its own.
Put in cd and same thing happens. Buttons on screen will lock up and only way to reset problem
is to pull key and open door for about 10 minutes. I leave door open all nite in garage.
Problem has gotten worse and is doing it on Daily basis.
been to dealer twice. They downloaded update but did not work. Truck has 58,000 miles on it.
It happens quicker if you use navigation. It has been doing this for a year now.
Check connections on HMI module, screen & radio. Let battery connections off all nite.
Any help would be appreciated.

After the dealership had my truck for 3 days to supposedly change out the "head unit" it appears my issue had been corrected.... I guess time will tell but so far seems the issue has been corrected
