Default eng-1 fuse keeps blowing

When I turn the key all the way over the eng-1 fuse blows. This has been happening since I hit a pot hole. It may be a shorted wire but this fuse runs to a lot of things. How can I track this down, or does anyone know of a better way to find it? There are no codes showing.

Unhook the things that it supplies, process of elimination. With key on, individually reattach the electrical connections.

It blows when the starter is turned over. After that the starter keeps turning but the engine does not crank.

I pulled the starter and fuel pump relay out and as soon as the key is turned all the way over it blows the fuse.

Alright, so now I noticed that the fuse is blowing as the key is turned on period. It does not have to be turned all the way to the right.

I've got all o2 sensors, evap purge solenoid, cam shift position sensor, crankshaft position sensor, and mass air flow sensor unplugged and the fuse still blows.
