Default 2009 Tahoe: High pitch noise from rear speakers

Sorry, this question was previously posted but I can no longer find the thread...

Need your help diagnosing a problem with high pitch noise sounds like dental drill intermittently comes through Bose speakers and increasing frequency when accelerator is depressed. Sometimes activated when an electrical system is activated such as break light or turn signal or rear console thermostat or fan switches are activated. Comes and goes. Can't always reproduce noise when vehicle is brought to dealership. Any help or thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

I've heard this issue is usually due to grounding, (bad ground connection on a device) something with the speaker wiring, but I have never looked much into it.

Default Thank you!!

Thanks so much...i was thinking any car audio place should be able to resolve it. I’m hoping it won’t be a dealer-only resolution?

IF you have the rear entertainment , consider pulling out the rear control and cleaning the connections...
