Default Engine valve rattle?

2007 suburban Ltz, 190 k no major components replaced , I have a slight rattle when engine is at light to medium load( so going up hill in fourth gear with light foot peddle), if I accelerate slightly to down shift gear the rattle goes away, if I let off the peddle it goes away, it doesn’t rattle at idle or idle in gear, if I increase rpm’s in Park it doesn’t rattle, I think it is a valve lifter but just looking at suggestions, if it is a valve lifter I don’t think there is an adjustment or a easy fix, thanks for any info!!
