I'm new to all this, I bought a 19 Camaro RS and from day one the mic does not work as it should, I don't know if anyone else is experiencing the same thing, the other end of the call can not hear you, sounds like your in a tunnel, or on speakerphone across the room and barely hear you. I took the car in multiple times, they have replaced the radio twice, the microphone twice, then they sent out an engineer to take a look at it and he said it's functioning as it should. and found the same issue in other Camaro's on the lot. If it's functioning, why can't people hear me on the phone, all the rental cars they gave me, people don't complain and its a night to day difference, General Motors won't do anything, because the engineer said its working fine, and moved my case to pending, I don't know what to do at this point, Need some help with this if anyone can.
