Should I eliminate my cats due to my down stream O2 sensors are seized. I put the up streams in. Any suggestions?

First of all, it is illegal to operate a vehicle without the catalytic converter. As far as removing the down stream sensors, run the engine until at operating temperature, then shut off. Let the exhaust cool for a bit and then try removing the sensors. Heat expands and should allow the sensors to be removed. You may need to use a breaker bar to get enough torque to break them loose.

I did that no luck. Going to a muffler shop and there’re going to put bongs in the pipe. Is that a good idea?

why don't you just let the muffler shop remove the 02's. with a torch heat them up and they will come out. drilling holes and welding in bongs will take a lot longer than removal. Never had a set I couldn't remove and I worked in the rust belt.
