Bought a brand new 2018 Traverse a year ago and about two months in started having issues with the radio. The speakers would pop then cut out completely to include the sound from turn signals everything. Took it in and being as the sound came back the dealership said there was nothing they could do about it. Went through this for several months until system completely went out. They said it was a bad amp. Replaced the amp and not even 3 days later back to have the intermittent issues again. The earliest the dealership would get me in was a week later and guess what it’s working so they say they can’t troubleshoot anything. This is ridiculous have owned multiple Traverses and not sure I will buy another one or buy a vehicle from Performance Chevrolet in Elizabeth City Ever again.
