Default 01 silverado front end excessively shaking when braking

Hello to all, this forum is filled with great information as this is my first post. Any help is greatly appreciated.

I have a 2001 silverado ext cab z71 with the 5.3 and 198,000 miles. When I apply the brakes to stop from roughly 35-55 mph the front end shakes so much it's not only in the steering wheel, the whole dash shakes. I have had this problem for over a year now. Both the abs and brake lights come on randomly, they are not always lit up. All rotors and brake pads were changed approx 6,000 miles ago. The driver side bearings/hub assembly was changed approx 20,000 miles ago. Within the last 1,000 miles I put brand new tires, upper and lower ball joints on both sides, all tie rod ends, idler arm, pitman arm, front shocks, and rear shocks. After all that I still have the same problem. I even tried by passing the abs system by unplugging all wires from the abs control module and removed the 60 amp fuse for the abs system. I lifted the passenger front tire to check the hub assembly and it's solid with no play in the bearings. I'm not sure what else to try. Any help or ideas is greatly appreciated. Thanks to all in advance.

How about the tires has anything been done with them during this time?

I had the problem with the last set of tires I had on it and I just recently put 4 brand new tires on it less than 1,000 miles ago and I still have the same problem.

Have you tried stopping with just the parking brake to eliminate the rear brakes?

If it only shakes when braking it is your rotors.
