02 1500HD wheel bearings/abs/speed sensors

i have a 2002 silverado 1500HD. i recently had a shop replace the left front wheel bearing as it was completely worn out and loose. after it was changed, when i do medium to hard braking abs turns on, on dry pavement. i get the feeling and noise in the pedal but im not actually skidding like i would on ice when abs would turn on.. i brought it back and the shop cant figure it out. the right side bearing is good and speed sensor had a little rust but they cleaned it up.. it still does it... any ideas on a fix would be nice.

When they replaced the bearing, did they pinch the wire for the abs?

I've got the same exact issue on my '98. Let us know what ya find?

abs stands for anti locking breaks it should not skid if working right
you should hear and feel it kinda bounce when you slam on breaks
if your light stays on theirs a problem and if you skid theirs a problem
