03 silverado blower motor not working
 

I Have a 03 chevy silverado 1500 and the blower motor is not working. The blower motor is good and It has a brand new resistor. I am getting power to the red wire on the resistor but no power to anything else. I also replaced the a/c switches and have checked all the fuses and relays. The blower wasnt working when I bought the truck. I also dont think the blend door motor is working but it is also getting power to one of the wires. when i turn either of the knobs on the switches nothing happens and the switches are good. Idk where to look now. Any suggestions will be helpfull thanks

You may need to test/ replace the HVAC control module.
