Default Noise when I'm accelerating 97 Silverado

When I am accelerating in my truck, I get a noise that at first I thought was air leaking through a window or something. But then I noticed that as soon as I take my foot off the gas, the noise goes away. I think it's only making the noise when there's torque applied in the drive train. It sounds like it's coming from the rear window of the truck, so maybe under the bed. Any ideas? It's sort of a scraping sound, I guess, but mimics the sound of air leaking through a not-quite-completely-shut window. Thanks in advance.

I changed my motor mounts. They did not look broken but the noise was gone.

Wild guess, but your exhaust system might be at fault, including a loose or broken inside, catalytic converter.
