Default 1990 chev, new used 350. wont start

ok. so. ive done everything i can think of. heres the list.
changed the motor to a freshened up 350. out of a camaro, was cleaned up.
first off the truck would start but stall, acted as though no fuel.
changed the fuel pump, did the same thing. changed oil pressure sender,
nothing. changed coolant temp sensor, nothing, changed distributor to the old
one, nothing. changed the throttle body to the old one, and it fired right up,
drove it across town to get the timing light, and it died. didn't sputter or
anything, just died. towed it home, changed the ignition control module, nothing, changed the distributor to a spare, nothing. took throttle body apart, found the regulator spring broken and diaphragm had a hole in it. rebuilt that and still nothing. found the injectors weren't firing, checked and made sure
there is fuel going to the injectors and there is. but the injectors wouldn't spray. so i changed the ignition control module again, still nothing. changed the computer to one off another truck, nothing. checked all the grounds and everything is good. changed the injectors and nothing. ive got 12v to the injectors but as far as i can tell with a volt meter, theres no ground pulse to the injectors from the computer. even if there was, i changed the injectors and it still wouldnt spray. so i'm in a stump as to what is going on. any advice would be awesome. it is not a new distributor or ignition control module they are just ones ive kept around as spares. i thought it would have to be pretty low chances that three are bad.
thanks

You remind me of a guy I used to work beside in a Chevy garage. Change everything one piece at a time until the outfit is operating. :>)
