What is the target oil pressure for a 4.3 with around 200,000 miles, 5 speed with overdrive?

Any comments on the 5 speed "new venture" 3500/5ml60 ?

parts, recalls,ect? mine seems to jump out of fourth gear, and is awfully noisy at times, with a whine in 3-5 gears
