Default 1995 k1500 oil pump and pan removal

the oil pump went out in my 1995 k1500 and I was just wondering how hard it is to removal the oil pan to get to the pump.

Can i just unbolten the pan bolts and slide that pan out of there or Do I have to remove half the underside just to get it off?

I have a lift kit in mine that makes it easier to remove, but if you 1st remove to support rods that go to the bell housing cover and then remove the cover you should be able to remove the pan.
