Default 1995 K2500 5.7L TBI Starting issues

I have a 1995 K2500 with the 5.7L TBI in it. My fiance was borrowing it to drive to school and now its having some problems. I'm 2 hours away and planning on going up there this weekend to take a look at it. It started with large hesitations/ cutting out under a moderate to heavy load. Now it won't start and it has no spark according to her neighbor. Is there a certain thing that stands out because of the hesitation under load beforehand? Thanks for any help.

Ended up being a lose connection that I'm assuming was between the coil and the distributor .
