I have experienced bad plugs from parts stores,, only get them from a dealer now!

Plug wires on correctly?

Just suggestions.

does the check engine light come on??

I would have the PCM scanned for codes - including history codes and go from there....

make sure that #5 and 7 plug wires aren't crossed too.....

I would say maybe try the distributor. If you have put a new rotor and cap along with plugs and wires on it, then that is the only other thing that I can think of that could be wrong/making it miss.
