1997 k1500 shifting and running problem

97 k1500 with a jasper motor with only 110k miles and a rebuilt trans with only 1k miles on it.

now that you know about the truck, i am new here so hello to everyone.

so today i went for a ride and my truck just fell on its face, it would only go 35mph and wouldnt run right almost like it had no fuel. so i pulled off the road and put it in park checked my trans oil and it was fine. no metal it was nice and red. shut it off, pulled out my code reader and the only thing it found was an o2 sensor. cleared the code and it ran fine for the mile it took me to get home. put a new tps on it and took it for a test drive and yet again same problem only after 3 miles or so. tried to clear out the codes and shut it off but nothing would work. so now that its home i started it up tried all the gears and they are fine when its cold. but after my engine get to 140 theres nothing in any gear. shut it off and turn it right back on its fine but after a couple minutes its the same problem. here is a video link on youtube
