2000 Z71 Problems

2000 Z71 Problems
Ok I have 2 issues thatI hope somebody can help me out with.
#1 I am hearing the sound of water splashing around over on the passenger side of the cab. I still have heat and the floor is not wet and I don't smell antifreeze and sometimes when I park the truck I see water dripping out from just under the passenger side of the truck. It is clear water but I can't see there it is comming from.
#2 I m getting a squeek from the air conditioner belt.I have changed the belt and changed the tencioner and still I get the squeek.I have tried belt dressing and it made it worse please help.
