2001 silverado 1500 pressure sensor on the fuel pump module

2001 silverado 1500 pressure sensor on the fuel pump module
Hey guys,
Has anybody ever changed the pressure sensor on the sending unit
On a 01 silverado 4.3 v6?
I got the wrong fuel pump module mailed to me that doesn't have the pressure sensor on it but the parts place says all I have to do is swap my old one to the new one.
I was wondering if this is pretty simple.
