My truck does not have that option but I have always understood it to simply adjust ride firmness not height so when you asked why is the front of your truck lower than the back that is because that is the normal slope of a chevy truck unless you add a leveling kit or a lift.

Exclamation 2000 zx3 help!

My two-position switch went out over the weekend as well. I believe I also need new shocks. Can anyone here give me the part numbers and prices for these electronic shocks? I also need the part number and price for a new switch… or can it be fixed by taking it apart? Please help I have been searching for a very long time. I found this…

PN#s and Price plz

Best I could do without a VIN is:
22400192 - front (Delco # 580-226)
22400246 - rear (Delco # 580-235)
both are code ZX3, and of course, the rears are code NYS

Can anyone confirm? (Mine are made by Delphi) Does anyone make an after market replacement part that will work with this system? Please e-mail me and post to this thread so everyone else will know. Thanks to all in advance.

You are all quite correct as the switch (Gm #1505 2073) works the same as a toggle. In for on, & out for normal however I have the same issue & while you hold the button in it works(mine's failed), but it is a cheap switch (Z71 option). I'm on my 2nd switch in 2 months so what causes the switch to fail? If you think your lights, locks, window switches work 1000's of times with no issues, why is this so problematic. I'm thinking it's a short as the switch gets hot, then fails. Any thoughts are welcome.
Thanks...TTune..

Default 2002 Chevrolet Silverado Ride Control

I have a 2002 Silverado and my ride control is not working. I have checked the fuses and other things and have not found the problem. When you press the switch and hold sometimes the light comes on and sometimes it doesn't. If you wiggle the switch while holding it in the light will come on. Does anyone know if the switch is the problem and if so how do you change it?

Thanks - Steve

Exclamation Ride Control Issue Fixed

I have a 2002 Chevy Silverado with the ride control switch. I have replaced the switch multiple times. Cost is about $60 at the dealer. I recently stopped getting new ones and fixed the switch myself. I was able to replace the push-button switch with a black rocker switch and it works fine. Looks stock and will not fail as the O&M switch did. If you are interested let me know. The fix cost about $25 and should not fail as the original one did. Send me a message if interested.
