Exclamation 2003 chevy silverado

Test driving a 2003 chevy silverado. Got a couple questions. With the back end jacked off the ground shouldnt the rear tires be easy to spin? They would spin but took some force. Only problems I noticed so far is a growl going down the road that does not change when turning it is constant. With the front tires off the ground the right made noise when spinning by hand and the left did not but no play in the tire. Probably the hub assembly. And also the driver side door seal is leaking. Let me know what you guys think.

Also Is there a way to make sure that the miles are accurate on this? Or is it impossible to change?

Sounds like the hub assembly is goin out. I had the same issue with my o3 silverado. I just changed them out and the issue went away.

Agreed. The front hubs were total s*** on the 03s. I put a Camburg Hub Kit on mine (on account of the 35s ).

Patience is key.

Well, the CE light is probably those flacacta Knock Sensors, or you'd notice a difference in engine performance.

You can't get through inspection with the light on, and to correct the problem, you have to rip out the intake manifold, replace the sensors, and re-install everything.

Check engine light was Gas cap or EVAP system leak could be vacuum line, EVAP canister crack etc. There is no inspection in Michigan either. Any body ever have there engine compartment smell like antifreeze but no loss of fluid? Heater works fine also and no leak on floor so im ruling out the heater core!

Sounds like too many problems. I'd stay away from that truck if I were you.
