2003 silverado transfer case problem.
Hello I am a new members looking for some help with a problem. I have a 2003 silverado 2500 hd. It has the 8.1 with 5 sp allison and a 261 xhd transfer case. The problem i am having is the transfer case is tearing up the range fork. I replaced it once. I reinstalled the case and it went 1000 miles and chewed it up again. I don't see anything wrong that would cause it to do this. Any ideas ?
