2006 chevy silverado 5.3 z71 Canister Vent Valve Solenoid
 
PLEASE HELP. i cannot find this Canister Vent Valve Solenoid for my 06 chevy silverado k1500 5.3 z71 edition. i checked where everybody said to check behind the gas tank at back and its not there. Can somebody please help me thanks.

should be on the front side of the gas tank, towards the front of the truck.

I found it, thanks I appreciate it. Lucky I didnt have to drop gas tank. Hey what do you guys think of a 3 inch lift? Im new to this lol

Well what 3" have you looked at lol? Most 3" lifts are just levelin kits that get you to crank your keys way up.

Yea I seen the keys and blocks online. I don't want to crank the factory one. Are these lift kits good? I just need a couple of inches. If I do this lift do I have to get a carrier bearing drop kit? Is there anything else I need? The kit also comes with shock extenders. Thanks

I wouldn't get it IMO. Had it and crankin the keys up that far isn't ideal. rides like crap and you wear parts out way faster due to te angles they're at. I'd get a 4" lift honestly. They're not that big if that's what you're thinkin. I thought the same thing. Did the 4", now I'm at 10" of lift. 4" isn't bad lol. And will keep your angles/ride factory like.
