2007 Silverado 1500 4.8 spark plug change questions
Has 107K miles and wanting to do a tune up and tlc for the truck...Bought some BOSCH plugs #4309 Platinum +2...they have 2 tips on the bottom of the plug...I've seen from around the way, my truck should be about .040 gap...These have about a .024 on each side...Anyone know if the double tip is different for gap or just get ac delco...

When doing a 100K tune up, isn't the plugs and or wires something that should be changed...? Just wanting to do a little tlc on the truck to get a bit better fuel mileage... I get about 16.5 mpg depending on driving... Used to get almost 18
