2023 Chevy LTZ
 

I just bought a new LTZ, I've hooked the phone up to the blue tooth hands free. When I call anyone, the person on the other end hears mostly static and can barely hear me. I can hear them just fine. Has anyone experienced this with the new 23's. I had a 21 and had none of these issues. At the dealership I bought at, we were told it had the phone charging dock also. Only later the next week, after not being able to get it to work, were we told directly by Chevy this truck was built without the phone charging dock. The dock is there, but no charging pad in it. I've deleted my Iphone 12 off the truck and re-added it, hoping the static would stop, but still, when using it on the hands free, constant static. Thanks all.
