Default '90 K1500 Starting problem

I have a 1990 k1500 Single cab 5.7L V8 350. I replaced the ignition coil on it because after running some tests I figured that is what was going out just to be sure I took it in to get it and the ignition control module tested and the coil was bad. So I installed the new one and I still have the same problem. I tested the starter and I tested the battery everything seems to be working fine But my truck still won't start. It turns over but it won't fire. Please If someone can help me I would really appreciate it. Oh and I tried putting starting fluid in the throttle body and hat didn't work. I tested the plug wires again after replacing the ignition coil and I'm still not getting spark to the plugs.
P.S. I posted this in another part of the forum but I'm not sure if it was in the right place. I'm new to this forum.
