92 Chevy 2500 won't do anything

Got my truck back from my sister, she said she thought the starter went out. Open the door and see the interior lights come on so know the battery isn't completely dead. Put the key in and turn it. No radio, buzzer, dash lights, won't kick over, nothing happens. The interior and exterior lights come on but nothing happens other than that. Don't know where to start really, all the fuses are good. What would be stoping the power from getting anywhere but the lights?

Did you test the fuses or did you just look at them. Sometimes they look good but really aren't. If the fuses are really good then look for a disconnect or broken wire.

To Me, it sounds like a fuseable link has burned out.
Pull that plastic cover, located on the right[passenger side] off, there will be, I think, one or two orange colored wires with a tab hanging onto them, labeled fuseable link.
With a probe light, probe the wire on the end, away from the power panel, if You get "NO" light, that link is burned out and will need replacing.
New links are availeable from the parts stores and will need to be soldered in.
It is an easy process and can probably be viewed in video mode from utube.
There are usually, at least, two of these links, check them all.
