Default '92 Oil Cooler Line Question

I just picked up a '92 K1500 with the 4.3L Engine. It needs an oil cooler line.

Is it better to replace both the upper and lower at the same time? Also Trying to find one for this model of engine has been tough. Will anything else work in place of the lines? Also would any other model years work IE: '96 silverado or blazer?

Here is the model of oil cooler I am looking at but I don't know if it will work in place of the lines- B and M 70270 Engine Oil Cooler.

Thanks for any help in advance.
