Default 98 Z71 option

Was it possible to order the Z71 off road option without the fender decals for a 98 K1500

I don't think so? Why do you ask? Most people pull the stickers off. GM is very proud of their z71s and wouldn't let them leave the lot without that sticker on there

My son inherited a 98 K1500 with 65,000 miles. When we had a Chevrolet dealership many years ago and some owners wanted specific options (performance) but without the badges/decals etc...more of a sleeper appearance. Thus we would remove these items (as instructed by customer) prior to delivery of the vehicle. This truck was ordered from the factory in 98...and was well optioned out by my brother in law. I knew that he didn't care for exterior bells and whistles (not eve 2 tone paint)...he focused on the power train and interior. The truck is on a auto transport...should be here (Nevada) next Monday...I'll find out then.
