Default 99 k3500 w/454 5spd A/C and MAF issues

Working on this truck. Went to sell it, ran great all the way to the car deal almost back with the guys test drive and it started surging misfiring running like crap.

Brought it back to the garage, new plugs, wires, fuel filter and noticed the positive wire was VERY lose. Tightened this up air filter is good and cap/rotor appear to be good.

A/C was not working either, Replaced the orifice tube and noticed the metal frags and horribly clogged filters so we replaced the compressor, dryer, both switches at the compressor (one on the lines and the one on the back of compressor) . Complete chemical flush out and installed new equipment. charged back to 2lbs with 8oz of PAG oil. Compressor is now cycling on (suction) to about 40 psi then will shut off til about 73psi (210-274) then turns back on. blows cool but not as cold as it should.

Hooked up Modis and pulled a ton of codes for the mass, o2, misfires on 4/6/8 cyl. F*#$kin weird thing was I cleared the codes out, removed the intake tube and the truck ran fine with no cades or anything showing on the modis.

What do you guys think?
