99 silverado speakers?

im trying to find out what size speakers this truck has, im getting my husband new speakers for the inside of his truck for fathers day. and i have no idea what size to get. id imagine 6 x9 and 5x7 are way to big for the inside. please help. thanks!

the front should be a 6 1/2 inch ovals and the onces in the doors in the back are 4x6
