Default Battery Install

I did something really dumb yesterday. I was installing a new battery in a 2007 silverado and I hooked the negative up first and then while hooking up the positive my wrench touch the truck body and sparks went everywhere. What are the chances I did any damage to the vehicle? Everything seems to be OK. I would appreciate any answers.

How far did the wrench fly after you saw & felt the sparks?
