Block 10054727 vortec heads, cam, intake?

Block 10054727 vortec heads, cam, intake?
I spun a bearing in my 98 5.7 vortec, I found this block for cheap which seems to be from an 86-up truck? Not sure if it's roller cam or not...but could I use the short block or any of it? Everything else on my vortec is good..heads, cam, lifters, intake etc.
