Exclamation Chevy silverado 91, Clutch Problem, NEED DIY INSTRUCTIONS

I have a Chevy silverado 4x4 1991, manual transmission. Recently a small screeching sound started when pressing the clutch down. It has gotten progressivly worse, now sitting idle it still screeches and the clutch pedal has become hard to push down. People have told me its the Throw out bearing. Im willing to put in the work to Replace the whole clutch. I just know nothing about trucks and have no idea where to begin.

PLEASE give me detailed instructions if you can on how to replace/swap the clutch and or videos that can be of help.

Any advice is much appreciated.

I'm not retarded, I have been doing all of that. Online Forums would be the last place I went, thus the reason I'm here. Come on somebody who actually wants to help, WHERE YOU AT?

Pull the drive shaft, unhook any connections to the transmission. I recommend a transmission jack, remove transmission. If you just need to replace the clutch release bearing (throwout bearing), pull it out of the yoke, and clip the new one in. Reinstall transmission ect. I suggest you either support the aft end of the transmission with a jack or jack stand before removing the crossmember.
If you have to replace the clutch, it is more detailed.

I thought I didn't read 4x4, but I missed it. You will have to pull the transfer case also. REPLACE the seal before you reinstall it.
