The check engine light came on in my 2001 Chevy Silverado. The diagnose code is PO446. When I got home, my truck started making strange noises under the hood. This morning it is making the noises and will not stay running. But I do not know if I need to replace the EVAP vent solenoid on top of the motor or the one by the gas tank. I cannot find a picture of the replacement part at the gas tank, so I don't know what I am looking for under there. I live on a dirt road & have been told it could be full of dirt. I need to know what the part I am looking for looks right so I can take it off & try blowing the dirt out.
