Default Codes P0171, and P0307

Hey guys, I am new to this site, and have been doing a little research. I have a 05 1500 with about 91K on it. My engine light recently came on and through up the codes P0171, and P0307 showing running lean, and a mis-fire in #7 cylinder. I read a few post in the past with same issues just haven't been able to find what helps get rid of the problem. I recently changed my plugs. That didn't help. So my next option would be the wires, then the coil. Should i change the coil first, or try the plugs? Or is there something else this issue could be? Any help or advice would be much appreciated.
Forgot to mention that my engine light starts blinking after i hit 30 mph.

Thanks, Jon

Is it just that one cylinder? It is probably a bad injector. If it is just #7 to prove it's not a plug or wire swap them with another set, also with coil pack. If it continues with that cylinder it is the injector.

Sounds like the injector is not firing on #7 thus the misfire and lean code for that side. It could be a bad injector or a bad connection at the injector. I have had to replace injector pigtails

I planned on switching the coil and wire today and seeing if that still works. Thanks for the idea on the injector. Gives me a place to go for if the coil is good.
