Default Cooling lines

I just had coolant flush done on Chevy 2500. The oil and trans. Cooling hoses going into the radiator are leaking. They were replaced in 2009 when I bought the truck ase certified from a dealer with 34000 m. The crimps are bad already!! 2 years is all I'm getting out of the hoses?? This does not seem right. Not one but all four leaking. They want 700 to do repairs. I think that's high. Also they are telling me the hoses go bad all the time. (bs I think). I don't think they ever replaced them in 2009. Just wondering what it should cost to replace and if these lines really go bad this often. Thanks in advance
