I looked all over the internet and found several different answers. Some say you must have 55 PSI for the for the poppets to open, others say they require 60 PSI to open, some say the pressure has to be at 65 PSI.

Does anyone know what the book says for the Vortec engine?

repair manuel says 60 - 66 psi
