Are crew cabs rare on 90s model?

I saw a crew cab for sale on a website and thought how odd....rarely see them of the 90s body style. Flipping through the pictures here, I've seen one.

Does anybody know how many were produced? Would be kind of neat to own one since rarely anybody has that style (around here) lol.

crew cabs

There were far fewer of them back then. They werent trying to make a family car out of a pickup yet.

There were very few half-ton 4 doors. 2500 and 3500 crew cabs were much more common. Theres a lot of them here in Texas. My mom bought a 4 door 2500 brand new back in 2000, it was the 90s body style.

Yeah, I've seen the big dually crew cabs with the long beds and all, but never seen a quad cab in person of the box-ish body style.

I couldn't justify it, probably because of the price mostly, but I'd sure love to go take a test drive as I'm in the market. :D
