dead battery in 2500hd

have a 2007 chevy 2500hd with 6 liter gas engine. three times it has went dead on me for no reason. dealer can not find any thing. has any one had anything like this happen? getting ready to lemon law it or buy a new roll back.[sm=badbadbad.gif][sm=badbadbad.gif]
