Default Which Delco plug for 2006 5.3 41-110 vs 41-962

Ok I have been researching this and it appears there is a lot of opinions on this and I'm wondering what to do.

I have a 2006 Silverado with the 5.3. I am changing the plugs and wires at the 100k mark. The ones it, which I believe are factory are 41-985. These are iridium but it looks like they are discontinued. And the part number was changed to 41-110.

But AC delco put out a bulletin last year that you are instead supposed to use 41-962 which is a platinum plug in 2006 and below. And 41-110 in 2007 and above.

I've also read some 5.3's have lost gas mileage when putting in the new iridium 41-110, compared to the old 41-985.

What do you guys recommend. I have already bought AC Delco wires, so I just want to make sure to get the right plug as well.

So 41-110 iridium or the new recommended one 41-962 platinum? Which one?
