Default Engine, tranny, and transfer case swap.

I have a 2004 2500hd with a 6.0 vortec that has a blown tranny and tranfer case. Can anyone tell me how hard it will be to drop and 8.1 vortec with an Allison in it.

I already have the 8.1 and Allison already. I've heard the wiring harness will match up easy. But can anyone say anything about this? Like engine mounts and tranny and transfer case mount up with ease?
