Default flex fuel engine

hi
my silverado 2008 5.3 flex fuel engine. i want to know the location of the fuel filter?
and cabin AIR filter ?
and the time i should change them

when i use my A/C always switch 1+3 button,,, but when i want to use my in cabin cold air i switch off 3 ... i noticed that the A/C compressor still work ... is it normal ? how can i use cabin air with out use compressor ?

there is no cabin air filter and I dont think the fuel filter is serviceable would have to look it up

Yeah there is lol its under glove box I think every car/truck has it
Flex filter is / should be under driver door inline with fuel filter should throw a code when it needs it and my old flex fuel only turned on filter when I used e85

As cleveland63 stated there is no cabin filter. The fuel filter is not serviceable as it is part of the fuel pump. Despite what was posted above there are lots of vehicles without cabin filters. The serviceable fuel filter has become a thing of the past on most makes and models.

As for the A/C compressor behavior, it'll run when the HVAC controls are in the recirc, defog, or defrost mode unless it's freezing outside.

chevy pickups,tahoes,suburbans all stopped coming factory with cabin filters in 02 and suvs/passenger cars are hit and miss and although i disagree with it not many flex fuel vehicles have serviceable fuel filters

thanks guys...but if there is not A/C cabin filter what should i do to decrease bad air from out side any ideas???

I mostly use the recirc mode to keep the dust and exhaust fumes out.
