Can this bracket be replaced? Without too many problems, and would anyone know of a relaible source for this part?

Where the bearing sits, (my finger is) is starting to break so I was looking to replace the bracket and the small bearings.

I feel your pain... My 93 CK1500 wouldn't shift into 5th or Reverse when I bought it for cheap... taking the shift tower off revealed (as I expected) a broken 5th/reverse fork, but also the same bracket as in your picture, only broken in half with no bearings and the spring on the forward side was missing its tangs. After much searching, I have seen only one diagram of the single-rail shifter that includes these pieces... described as a Hydramatic, I believe... and so far, no vendor with a listing. If I can't find the parts (and if no further damage was done as a result of those pieces falling into the case!) I guess I'll have to bite the bullet and buy a used or rebuilt unit.

I'm trying to figure out whether or not I can put a Hurst shifter in the Getrag NV3500 that i have in my '91 4.3L Cheyenne W/T. Any thoughts?
