i need some help
 

my 96 1500 4.3L has black smoke coming from tailpipe. i had a converter that was clogged i replaced it then thats when the black smoke started.i changed pulgs & wires not cap & rotor replaced o2sensor {before converter} still no change does any have any ideas would really be helpful:eek:

Check your fuel pressure, if your fuel pressure regulator is bad, it will cause your engine to run rich
