I want to make my exhaust louder

I have a 2001 Silverado 5.3 I have stock manifolds and cats, I have a cherry bomb extreme muffler 1 in 2 out. I live in California so removing the cats is not an option..any suggestions on how to make it louder like a camaro or corvette? Thanks. :confused:
