Installing replacement passenger seat belt for 2007 Silverado

I purchased a front passenger replacement shoulder/lap seat belt for my 2007 Chevy Silverado from the dealer and can't figure out how to get the seat belt in thru the actual seat. There must be a panel that comes off that will allow me to install. Any help is appreciated!

if it has the seat belt retractor as part of the seat; i believe the seat back upholstery has to be removed.

So how do you get the seat upolstry off?

this is will be very hard to do without pictures and i haven't done one in a while so be forewarned; i may miss a step.

1. take the seat out-- remove the front and rear bolts then position the seat in the middle of its track position. remove electrical connector

some people remove the seat bottom for easier access...i don't

2. remove headrest-- insert pick into holes you will find in the plastic guides for the headrest rods. (you can remove the plastic retainers later, if required, when the upholstery is pulled up. they are ******...from inside the seat back, squeeze together and push up to remove)

3. the seat back upholstery clips together at the bottom rear of the seat back...undo this long clip

4. pull the uholstery up enought to acccess the arm rest. there is a small rubber band holding a cllip that locks the arm rest to the seat. move the seat foam to the side to see it. remove the band and clip...remove the arm rest

5. pull the upholstery up enough to remove the cardboard backing so you can access the seatbelt.
