Default Lowering issues

ok so hears my problem.. i have a 01 Silverado reg cab reg box 4.8L and it was lowered 2-4... when i changed out the 2" lowering lower control arms to the 4" ones the right front sits almost 2" higher then the left side. my thoughts are either one of the control arms is wrong or i have a frame issue. I did an alignment and it didn't fix it.

problem 2 is after lowering it that much it looks like there is too much of an angle on the tierods and i was wondering if there is a way to fix the angle so i don't destroy the tierods or the rack..

Any thoughts or ideas are greatly appreciated..

THANKS
