Default OBD 11 Code reader
2000 Silverado 6l when I plug in my code reader it does not light up.

It works on my other vehicles OK.

Is there a fuse I can check or any ideas!!!

Replace blown cig. lighter fuse.

Post OBD 11 Code reader
Check the cigar lighter fuse might be blown. Even after replacing it, make sure that there is no cross connection in the wiring otherwise it may again blow the fuse.

Thanks for the help on the code reader issue

It was the cig lighter fuse.

It is an Autel Maxiscan MS 300
