P0171 & P1074 codes
ok guys, im new here but need major help. i hit alot of water the other nite on the road. i have a 1999 silverado with a 5.3 L, it started running rough, missing and back firing through the intake. i left it alone for a day figuring something got wet of corse. i fired it back up the day after and it seems like its running out of fuel. the codes ive gotten are P1071 & P1074 banks one and two lean, and no other codes. ive read alot of suggestions on the codes. so far ive changed the fuel pressure regulator, mass air flow sensor, cam shaft sensor, and map sensor. the fuel pump comes on, presures up fine. i thought it might be the fuel filter too, but the fuel rail has fuel in it. it will sit at idle and run fine, until you start playing with the pedal trying to get it to a higher rpm. sometimes it will reach high idle, then 2, 3, 4 k rpms, other times it will back fire into the intake, and act like its starving for fuel untill it dies out completly. my head now hurts and my pocket book is alot lighter than when is started this. any and all advice is greatly appreciated.

So I have a '99 silverado 4x4 with the same "rough running when cold" problem, with the following codes: 302.135.137,154,155,157.
I have replaced plugs, wires, throttle position sensors, both front O2 sensors and the rh rear one as well. It runs ok sometimes after it's warm, but other times it will run really badly, just gobbling gas for and hour or more, then smooth right out.
Is it the intake gasket for me, too?
Just want to check before I tear it apart.
